Maynilad is committed to operating in a cost-efficient manner. To do this, we invite accredited and qualified suppliers to bid for our requirements.

PRODUCT PREQUALIFICATION

Maynilad requires various materials, chemicals and/or brands to undergo prequalification to ensure that the materials to be purchased are suitable and compatible for use in Maynilad operations. These products must be in accordance with Maynilad Standards and Specifications. In addition to accreditation, a supplier must have a prequalified material in order to participate in the bidding.

ACCREDITATION PROCESS

Maynilad procures various products and services to be used in the company’s operations. It is essential that the company accredits only financially and technically capable suppliers to ensure that they are able to deliver the products and services needed by Maynilad.

ACCREDITATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Accomplished Supplier Accreditation Questionnaire signed by President/General Manager
  • Company Registration
  • Latest Audited Financial Statements/Bank Certificate indicating balance (for new companies)

REQUEST FOR PRODUCT PRESENTATION

Any supplier may request for a Product Presentation or Demonstration.  Suppliers must submit a technical proposal or brochures of the products to vendormanagement@mayniladwater.com.ph.

Presentations are scheduled depending on the availability of participants and venue. Suppliers are advised to send their requests at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability.
